At Molly Lou, I believe a candle can be more than something beautiful to burn — it can help make a difference.
Over the years, I have created a collection of charity candles in support of hospices and Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY). Each candle is made with the same care and attention as every Molly Lou candle, but with an extra purpose behind it: to raise much-needed funds for charities and the important work they do.
Supporting Hospices
My hospice candles have been created to help raise funds for local hospice care and the incredible support hospices provide to patients and their families during some of the most difficult times in their lives.
Each candle is specially created for the charity, with personalised packaging, labels or etched vessels where required, making them a meaningful product that supporters can purchase while knowing their purchase is also helping a very important cause.
Supporting Cardiac Risk in the Young
I also create charity candles in support of Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY), helping to raise awareness and funds for their work in preventing young sudden cardiac deaths.
These candles are particularly meaningful because they help turn remembrance into something positive — raising funds towards research, screening and awareness that can potentially save young lives.
How It Works
I work directly with charities and families to create a bespoke candle or home fragrance product that reflects their cause.
From choosing the fragrance and vessel through to labels, packaging and production, I can take care of the whole process. A donation is then made to the chosen charity from every candle sold.
I understand that every charity is different, so I am always happy to have a chat about what might work best for you.
